DIRECTOR’S STATEMENT

Women in film. A trajectory. The way we perceive the world is an editing, random to a large extend, to which we project structure and order. In the editing of this filmic trajectory, the opposite is true. An apparent randomness. By traversing and juxtaposing fragments from films of very different styles, one can discern the trace of a story not so random – the story of a construction.
